How weekly alerts and the notification bell work
Get emailed when your score moves ≥5 points, and see every score change, new losing question, or competitor overtake in one inbox.
Paid plans (Solo, Starter, Agency) get automatic email alerts whenever a tracked brand's visibility score moves by 5 points or more between re-scans — up or down. Free tracks a brand but doesn't get this alert; it's one of the concrete things upgrading unlocks.
What the alert actually tells you
The email shows the before/after score, and — when your scan has one — the sharpest real reason behind the move: a named competitor now winning a specific buyer question, or your weakest-performing engine. It's built from your actual scan, not a generic "your score changed" template.
The in-app notification bell
Beyond email, the dashboard's notification bell logs every score move, new losing question, and competitor overtake as it happens — the "come back and check" hook between weekly emails. Click a notification to jump straight to the relevant brand card.
Managing alerts
Every alert email carries a one-click unsubscribe link, honored immediately — you'll stop receiving them without losing the underlying weekly re-scan or your dashboard notifications.
