We put the same unprompted buyer questions to ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini & Perplexity for 18 well-known SaaS brands across CRM, project management, email marketing and help desk. Not “is Salesforce good?” — the questions buyers actually ask, where you have to earn the mention. The result is uncomfortable: even household names are missing, and AI names a rival instead.

Scores are computed from the same live pipeline that powers every free scan on this site — no editorializing, no hand-tuning. Brands still queued for a scan are omitted rather than shown with a guessed number.
