Data Processing Addendum

Do I need one? If your organization is based in the EU/UK (or otherwise requires GDPR Article 28 data-processing terms before using a vendor), you may need a signed Data Processing Addendum (DPA) with Aylan Technologies LLC (operator of PingMyBrand) before you can sign up.

Available on request. We will execute a DPA with you. Email privacy@pingmybrand.com with your company name and the plan you're on (or intend to sign up for) and we'll follow up within a few business days to get it signed.

Honest scope.We do not keep a self-serve, pre-signed DPA template on this page today — that is a real, known gap for this early stage of the company, not something we're pretending is automated. Every DPA request today is handled directly by email, case-by-case.

Who processes your data. See our sub-processor list for the real, named vendors (Stripe, Resend, our hosting provider, and the AI engines we query) any DPA would need to cover.
