Who we are. PingMyBrand is operated by Aylan Technologies LLC. Questions: privacy@pingmybrand.com.

What we collect. (1) Domains you scan and the resulting reports. (2) Your email, if you provide it to unlock a report or subscribe. (3) Billing details, handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card. (4) Basic usage analytics.

How we use it. To generate and deliver reports, run your weekly tracking, send you results and product emails, process subscriptions, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal data.

AI processing. To produce reports we send scan prompts (which may include your brand name and public domain info) to third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity). We do not send them your personal account data.

Email. Product and marketing emails include an unsubscribe link. You can opt out anytime.

Your rights (GDPR/CCPA). You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at privacy@pingmybrand.com. We'll action deletion within 30 days.

Retention. Reports and account data are kept while your account is active and deleted on request or within a reasonable period after cancellation.

Cookies. We use essential cookies and privacy-respecting analytics only.
