Who we are. PingMyBrand is operated by Aylan Technologies LLC. Questions: privacy@pingmybrand.com.

What we collect. (1) Domains you scan and the resulting reports. (2) Your email, if you provide it to unlock a report or subscribe. (3) Billing details, handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card. (4) Basic usage analytics.

How we use it. To generate and deliver reports, run your weekly tracking, send you results and product emails, process subscriptions, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal data.

AI processing. To produce reports we send scan prompts (which may include your brand name and public domain info) to third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity, xAI). We do not send them your personal account data.

Email. Product and marketing emails include an unsubscribe link. You can opt out anytime.

Your rights (GDPR/CCPA). If you have an account, go to your account page to download a full export of your data instantly or permanently delete your account — both take effect immediately, no waiting period. For anything else (or if you don't have an account), email privacy@pingmybrand.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

Retention. Reports and account data are kept while your account is active. Deleting your account from the account page removes them immediately; emailed deletion requests are actioned within a reasonable period after cancellation.

Sub-processors. See our sub-processor list for every named third-party vendor that processes data on our behalf, and our DPA page if your organization requires a signed Data Processing Addendum.
