Terms of Service

1. Service. PingMyBrand (operated by Aylan Technologies LLC) is a software service that measures how a brand appears in AI answer engines (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity) and generates recommendations and content to improve that visibility.

2. Reports are estimates. Visibility scores, competitor data, and traffic-value figures are directional estimates based on AI-engine outputs at the time of scanning. AI answers change constantly; we do not guarantee specific results, rankings, or outcomes.

3. Subscriptions & billing. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Payments are processed by Stripe, our payment processor; PingMyBrand (operated by Aylan Technologies LLC) is the seller of record for your purchase. You may cancel anytime from your account page; access continues until the end of the paid period.

4. Refunds. If PingMyBrand does not work as described, contact us within 14 days of a charge for a full refund. After 14 days, cancellations stop future billing but past periods are non-refundable.

5. Acceptable use. Scan domains you own or are authorized to analyze. Do not abuse, scrape, or resell the service except under the Agency white-label plan.

6. Third-party AI. We query third-party AI models. Their outputs are theirs; we report and analyze them but are not responsible for their content or accuracy.

7. Liability. The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 3 months.
