How to export or delete your account data
Download every brand, scan, and event tied to your account as a real JSON file, or permanently delete your account — both are instant and self-serve, no email required.
Everything here runs from your Account page — no waiting on a support reply, no fixed SLA to sit through. If you'd rather email us instead, that still works too (see "manage billing" for the address), but neither of these needs it.
Download your data
The "Download my data" button on your Account page fetches a real JSON export of everything tied to your session email: tracked brands, scan history, and account events. It's scoped to your own account server-side — there's no separate request to file, and it's available on every plan including Free.
Delete your account
The "Delete my account" link opens a confirmation dialog that requires typing DELETE exactly before the button unlocks — a plain browser confirm() is too easy to click through by reflex, so this doesn't use one. Confirming permanently removes your tracked brands, scan history, and account data, and cancels any active subscription immediately (not at the end of the billing period). This is available on every plan too, and there's nothing to email in advance — it's truly self-serve.
What's NOT instant
Cancelling a subscription without deleting the account (see "manage billing and your plan") keeps your account and scan history — that's a different, reversible action from the account deletion above, which is permanent.
