How to manage billing, upgrades and cancellation

Upgrading runs through Stripe checkout from the pricing page and unlocks immediately — your plan is read live from Stripe on your very next page load, not on a delay.
Changing or cancelling
Card changes, invoices, plan switches (including downgrades) and cancellation all live in the Stripe billing portal, reachable with one click from your Account page. You don't need to email support for any of these — they're fully self-serve.
What happens when you cancel
Cancelling drops you back to Free's limits (1 brand, monthly cadence, no alerts) at the end of your current billing period. Your scan history is kept, not deleted — if you resubscribe later, your trend line is still there.
A failed payment
If a card fails, you'll get an email with a direct link to update it in the Stripe portal — your access isn't cut off instantly, so there's a real window to fix it before anything changes.
